ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability. We'll do our best to fulfill every order as requested. If we have any questions or need to make a change, we'll contact you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can make it right whenever possible.
SHIPPING
Cookies are shipped throughout Oregon via USPS.
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, Monday thru Thursday.
ALLERGENS
Our kitchen uses wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and other common allergens.
We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens due to the possibility of cross-contact.
